If I read your proposed legislation correctly it is the back of the bullet that is encoded. Presumably then boxes of bullets for hand loading will also be encoded. I would expect that IF any legislation goes through the manufactures will encode all bullets regardless of the State they are going to. Being as we Canadians use US ammunition and bullets for hand loading, any we get would also be encoded.

How they gonna keep track? Each box encoded separately, then have to be registered as you buy them. What a Cluster F___ this is gonna be.

Finch what are you going to do with that stock pile of ammo? Leave it stock piled. You may as well not have it if you can't use it with out fear of being locked up. If this does go through everyone should show up with ammo that isn't encoded. What will they do lock every gun owner up at once? As long as were do what they say, they will say what they please. We have to figure something out.

Your guns and ammo with do nothing for you when the ATF / Feds want to stop you. You are stopped. You will be deemed a armed and dangerous criminal and they will use what ever force is required.
