There was a glitch in my Photobucket account's album. I have the photos parked somewhere else, and I am trying to get that straightened out so that I can get them back up in the post.

Truevine, There may be enough in this digestion to park it there, somewhere, in time.

I believe the individual that first dubbed these "disposable" stakes, used them in the same kind of ground that I have. HARD CLAY. I am not physically capable of digging a hole deep enough to get a pogo out, and I REGULARLY break 3/32 cable trying to pull them with my modified peevy.

A peevy is a stout hickory pole with a sharp point and a swinging grab hook. They are used to move logs around. I've rolled 5 foot diameter and 20 foot long logs by myself with one. I "modify" one by just narrowing the point on the grab hook to put it through the swivel or cable loop. I will then put the end of the peevy on a chunk of wood and lift up. The pogo will come up or the cable will break. One of the two.
