In this one, There was pocket set with a 1.5 coil, that was along a mink trail, in the onls spot they jumped in the water for 10 yards either way. it worked two days in a row! I had the opening between the log and bank blocked by a 330. This Beaver went 60 lbs. Just set the block down, with a 1.5 coil unext to it in the water. I know you said set pictures, but in each of these my original set is still apparent....hope they are helpful!

This is my most used set when using bait or lure.Simple but effective for coon. The set location before I touch it. Trap placement. It is staked as far into the crick that the chain will reach.Hole wallowed out with a stake. If you wanted a blind set you can set it the same way just minus the hole.I try to set my coon traps in obvious little travelways on the edge. That way even if they aren't interested in the bait there is still an opportunity to snag them passing by. After the trap is covered.Toss water around hole and slick it up.Squirt of fish oil/shellfish oil mix(16 oz fish oil 1 oz shellfish oil)in hole.Or put a chunk of fish.Or both.Or nothing.Coon grab everything they can at the waters edge. They also reach under logs, overhanging banks, rocks,in holes, anywhere that a meal might hide under. I posted this awhile back this is the only set I have pictures of.
