I have fish coming out of my ears! I already have around 150 small bluegills frozen whole. Now I am trying to get more creative. I have three large carp cut up and in a bucket curing with salt. I'm wondering if anyone has some other ideas to try. I have sodium benzoate and fish oil, and some of Stef's ProCoon available as ingredients. I just need some kind of recipe? Got any ideas? The target animals could be coon, mink, fox, or yotes.

The taint will catch more possums. Don't do it.

Try an Indian cure with some. Which is air drying. Enough said. Taint doesnt work well on fish. The meat doesnt have the texture that red meats have so it is prone to break down quickly and dissolve.
