I have seed [I found a small tin in my loading room] of seed I collected a time ago and just never tried to plant. One reason was I was told hard to start from seeds. Is that true? I am going to put some this into planters and see if it anygood. Lord knows I have turned earth over that in my life never saw 'sang after we removed a fee trees and all sudden there was 'sang...L.O.L. What do you all think? Can you tell I am bored here?

Just like ohbuyer said, they must be planted fresh. If they lay around and dry out, they are no good. Funny how some things have to be done certain ways for things to work for them. If you would get some goldebseal roots and cut them into about 3/4 in. long pieces, you will be miles ahead of the game when starting a patch.
