Raccoons in an attic, I set the cage in the attic on top of a wad of phone lines as big as my arm that I didnt see under the insulation. I believe that job cost me about 1K!!!! But thats a lesson I have never forgotten.
it is not a stupid question if you do not know the answer

Beaver at a local town-home community - $50 for beaver, had someone steal beaver and my 330
After that I stake all beaver traps below water and write in a stolen trap price in my bids.

Oh, I'm sorry. You meant my VERY first job. I'm sorry to report it was a dismal failure. Unicorns are extremely trap shy. Noah was really ticked! Unicorns are probably as difficult to trap as are black panthers in Alabama!! In fact, the unicorns must not cause much damage here; I've never received a damage complaint about them. I do get a few black panther calls though.

Flying Squirrel exclusion, and attic remedation $2200.00 out bid the company that I used to work for by half, and still did well profit wise.
