Hello was looking for mushroom experts to help id these. I thought they might be oysters but I thought they had to be growing right on the dead trees? These are in my young woods, it has a lot of brush, vines and some cedars, young maples, wild cherry ect: There is a lot of leaf, twigs and other matter on the ground. They are poping up out of the ground and as you can see are growing in clumps, the stems are not hollow and they have veins not spores underneath. Anyone know for sure what they
