I have a couple box fans for the lite duty work and an old grain bin fan when I need some big time air flow...picked it up at an auction for a couple bucks and just set it on a freezer. Main air flow is out the front with some coming from each side...works in my small set up...lol Tom

When the fur rack is full we have two box fans hanging from the ceiling blowing down the rows.

I got a question about blowing and fluffing up the fur. I understand how it could help your fur appearance and therefore the price you get for it if selling local or to Groeny of State Auction where YOU are actually presenting the fur. But when shipping to an auction where your fur may lay stacked in a pile for a month or two, that fluffy fur will get flattened back down to some degree. How can it still help the sale value in those situations.

I used to think that Bic but with the grades we have been getting at the last couple auctions I don't want to change anything. After we get done blowing out the grease and the fur is dry and fluffy I don't think it can mat back up from storage. IMO. We had 350 coon at the last Nafa auction and averaged 36.33. Thats only 4.49 short of the best section coon (western northern). These are Ohio coon So like I said I don't want to change anything.

bic, I have started running some coyotes through the fur drum and vac pacing them flat and put them in the freezer. When you take them back out, they fluff back up because the fur is clean and not stuck together. IMO
