Wild Rice Pancakes

1 egg
1 pinch of salt (Unless using a premixed pancake mix as salt already added)
1 cup milk or 3/4 cup water
1 tablespoon Olive or Canola oil
1 cup whole wheat flour
1 cup COOKED wild rice
Mix thoroughly first three ingrediants
( this will help your pancakes to be more fluffy)
Mix the whole wheat flour with liquid ingrediants then fold in the one cup of wild rice.
Bake on hot oiled griddle or electric fry pan.
Enjoy with side plate of venison!
