Whitetail deer sausage with jalapeno's and cheese, then slow smoked over hardwood for a couple of hours.....Mmmmmmm



I put on a big pot of cabbage and added some of the sausage to it. Had it with some fresh, fried backstrap and cornbread for supper last night....man it was good!!
