Anyone have a recipe on how to fry up catfish eggs? My wifes grandma loves them and I thought I might give it a whirl. I'll try anything once.

Best word of advice, either fry them outside and be careful when you drop or lower them into the hot oil or if inside the house, have a large enough screen cover for your skillet. Fish eggs have high amounts of water in them and will POP like crazy in the hot oil until all the water is gone from them.

They're good, but be dang careful cooking them.

Share your trapping, hunting & fishing time with others, especially those that are less fortunate and our youth!

I know this is a old post, but I really just like to fry them all at once til they become crispy. just remove sac around all those eggs before cooking them
