I quit May 5th last year. Aint goin back.

Took the big test last night... Many adult beverages and no need for a chew.... Big step!

I'm way beyond that now. That was my biggest fear - not being able to drink.....phew!

hear one guy quit by using cut coconut as a replacement. My dad quit after 30-40yrs, mom said it bought killed him, lol good luck that stuff looks nasty to non users.

This weekend seems a bit rougher than last for sure. I'm just keeping busy welding, hope every one has a great weekend! I think we've got it beat!

A real test would be to not only quit the can but quit the bottle too. Today makes 6 weeks without a cigarette and 18 years without booze.

I quit drinking during the week, but not the weekends. I was afraid I was gonna consume more alcohol than normal to compensate for the chew.....so far, that hasn't happened, I've been pretty good.

You guys are all doing an awesome job...you made it this far ya gotter beat!

So its been 5 and a half days for me so far. Eating beef jerky, lifesavers, seeds but jolly ranchers seem to be the best. It fits down in my cheek just like a chaw. But I keep spitting. Need to stop that.

Everyone still doing good? I hardly thought about it today. Starting day 6 here.

I'm on day 9, been wantin it pretty bad still tonight.....oh well, it's gotta go away soon. Keep up the good work fellas

I'm still chew free. Today was tough, buddy got flown to hospital( lungs were filling with blood), he is doing better now. Glad everyone is beating this addiction!

Well I made it thru the weekend chew free. Was outside in the yard cleaning yesterday and for some reason all I wanted was a pinch of snuff, I didn't cave in but boy was it on my mind. Glad everyone else is staying clean.
