ive heard this too . ive been told after theyre dry. then take them out just prior to selling them. it is supposed to make them weigh more? found some big roots today!!! happy happy happy

They might weigh more because they have frost that has just thawed out. Fellas don't try to do things to roots to make them weigh more than they should. This if tried at my business gets you told to please don't come back. do not put your roots in the freezer.
