an old dryer works well, plug up all the holes and unplug the heating elements.

Spending time with kids outdoors will built memories that last a lifetime.

Use dry saw dust if you can get it, works great

I have tumbled lots of fur in an old dryer with sawdust and it turned out fine. But I have also heard commercial tumblers are about 6' or more in diameter, and part of the trick is the hides fall from top to bottom, giving them a static charge and thereby fluffing the hair even more.
