I have access to acres of Poke plants and I'm wondering if its worth it to dig and sell some of it. Does anybody know what kind of prices I could expect?

Somewhere close to a 1.00 a lb. Not worth messing with. It has to be cut up and dehydrated. Takes quite a bit to make a dry pound. Lot of work with very little return.
