I"m looking for the following State Association patches for a collection. Please PM me if you can help. Looking for mint patches. I have About 40 now. No convention patches just state Patch.
My Need List:
Arkansas
Delaware {IF any}
Missouri { I think it's red}
Minnesota forest zone trapping assn. { if any}

Canada list
I only got the Yukon Patch.
There may be more I don't know of but it's a start. I'm not reselling. Only want one. Let me know cost and address. Thanks Furman

How old is that Delaware Patch ??

The Delaware is twill backing, unsure of the age. I will try a close up in the next day or two.

I collect trapping related patches. I have over 800 different. You have a ways to go.

Try ebay they have a few not sure if it's what your looking for.

I look there couple times a week. High cost keeps me from trying but have got some good patch lots off e-bay.

I have the 800 plus patches displayed in plastic sheets in notebooks.

forget the state of Washington, they stopped making a patch years ago..

Mine are mostly convention patches but here is my collection!

2004 patch is neat. What is main character doing? Looks like kids have a 330. Interesting display. Thanks for sharing it. You have put on a few miles!

The hat has put in the miles but it is new to me. A friend placed it in the auction at the NTA each year and bought it back each year as well. This past year he wasn't able to attend the NTA due to a stroke but someone brought it to be auctioned anyways. I won it in the NTA auction and will return it to the auction block in Illinois this year at the NTA with another patch added.

neat patch collection and a great way to move it year to year. I like the trapping pins they give at each convention.

i have collected a few over the years. mostly state convention ones. i also have a few state associations from other states. my collection starts in 1983 witha few missing.. i also collect national trappers association belt buckles . they usually come out every 5 years. then i have also picked up a few trappers belt buckles, all in pewter//

oneoldboot, that's an OLD patch. I have one of them. Our assoc. has went through many name changes over the years. I believe that was in the 1980's.

I would be interested in trading our United Trappers of Kentucky patches ( shown in thread) for other state patches. PM me this week and I'll pick them up at next weekends meet.

I have over 925 different ones now. I will try to post some pictures in the next couple days if I can figure out how to drop the file size. My phone pictures are too large to put into the post directly. Anyone interested in buying, selling, or trading send me a note. I have quite a few extra patches and know of 150-200 I have pictures of that I still need. I even saw a couple in this post that I need.

I have picked up quite a few since these pictures were taken last year. I now have individual pictures of each patch so if something catches your eye let me know and I will post that one. I didn't have pictures of my NTA or FTA set to post like these.

Fun looking through all them.not to hijack but have any of you guys ever saw the fox boards that they used to make a tag for at each convention and put on the board??my buddy gave me his and i am getting ready to try and polish it up a little.probably has 25-30 tags from places all over the northeast.wife gets up i'll put on a pic.

Cool stuff! Had no clue so many different patches had been made, or continue to be made. Not a collector myself, but I find collections of trapping related items to be very cool. I like to have another item to keep my eyes open for at estate auctions and yard sales too.

Picked up this one at the D8 spring show this weekend. I had the chance to meet Hern. Just as nice in person as on the forums. Look forward to crossing paths again.

Oneoldboot: That one that has the fox and says Zone 2 Michigan Trappers Assoc. was where it all started with Michigan and the NTA.

There was 3 associations at one time. It was later in 1980's that all was combined. More support for all.

Thanks for the info Senior. I have come across a handful of Michigan associations and wondered what happened to them all. Glad they merged and didn't fade.

Still looking for some hard to find state patches but it has been slow hunt. May look for state window decals next.

I have some NTA and Newhouse wolf trap buckles. I will look at what I have and see if they are anything you are missing.
