The only access for them to attic is through the hole between the chimneys Not asking about price. I already sold it and have a plan that is very efficient Every day is a gift from GOD, don't waste it!! If they have plenty of food, give them something interesting to smell

Foam applied with a long nozzled gun would work. Next up would be a backer plus silicone. It would be messy at the top between the chimneys, but nobody is going to look up there. Sheet metal would look great and last a long time. If you have a long brake it could go fast too, but is more expensive than silicone and foam. www.upstatepestandwildlife.com
