I told a buddy of mine he needs to put a flume in the beaver dam on his lake.

He doesn't have a computer so I told him I'd get the info for him.

Now where in Sam Hill can I find info on building a flume?

Every time I google it I get everything else but a flume for beaver dams.

Thank you in advance for the help. LOL

I think if you do a search for "Beaver Flow Device" you will find what you are looking for.

I understand your frustration also. I would try a different way to describe it. Not sure flume is the word you want. The one's I have seen, a long time ago, were a 6 to 8 in pipe with lots of holes in the side that stuck several feet into the beaver pond.

It could be a "Clemson water leveler" but I don't know what a flume is.

I didn't use Sch 40 but used 10" corrugated pipe since it was free from the DOT once they were done with it...swiss cheesed it with 2" holes with a hole saw then wrapped with 2x3 fencing.

A "Flume" is a water slide loggers use to slide tree's down to a river, or Miners to process ore.
