Anyone have one? Thinking about ordering. I have a chicken ladder that works great, but after 3 sections it is way to heavy to use.
the goat steep assist

Haven't seen that before! Nice tool to have in your roof access gear!

That would be useful for many situations and the weight is amazing!

I've used the heavy rolling ladder hooks in pairs for years now and really
Don't like them though they work.

Thanks for sharing! Adding to my spring equipment procurement!

Yeah, I ordered the 20ft one in 4ft sections. See how it works been using chicken ladders for years now. My back felt it after the first big job this year... The goat will be worth every penny of the $530 if it works like I think it will for me:)

Keep us posted, please, my first "extra" purchase of this year was a pair of Cougar Paws "Steelwalkers".
I've looked at the goat thinking about replacing my chicken ladder.
You're absolutely right about the weight of the chicken ladder, though I do like working off of one once it's in place.

found this as an option to less weight and space in a truck but cost is about the same

To bad you couldn't combine the two. I like the handles on the goat. But I like the pitch adjustment on the ridge pro and also the harness clip. Had anyone used both or either product and have a preference for our line of work. I'm thinking about having to carry exclusion material/ cages etc onto a roof and the handles are very appealing.
