Own a piece of history!
A hand carved Adirondack Bear by Johnny Thorpe.

Each unique bear was carved out of Adirondack White Pine, painted and signed by the legendary Johnny Thorpe in 2004. Each bear has its own unique character and no two are exactly alike. They have been stored on a shelf in my barn since he carved them in 2004. As is typical with pine log carvings there are some checks and splits that have occurred over the years that add to the natural character of the carvings.

Since his passing in Oct 2015, I have donated one to the NTA in 2016, one to the NYSTA in 2016 and I will be donating one to the FTA in 2017 to auction this year.

I'm offering the others for sale and giving the members of Trapperman first shot at them before listing elsewhere.

I can deliver to the FTA in Manchester, IA June 22, 23, 24, the NTA in Pecatonica, IL July 27, 28, 29 and may be able to arrange delivery to other trapping conventions too. I will be traveling to Starkville, MS sometime this summer and Hobgood, NC in October and deliver to either location.

If you would like to purchase one please send me a email with your name, address and phone number along with which bear you want.

artlee@wildlifecontrolsolutions.com

All carvings will come with a hang tag that has John's photo on one side and the date of the carving on the other.
Price per bear will be $300 delivered to any of the above listed locations.
I will ship with buyer paying shipping and packing costs.

There are a few still available.
When they're gone they're gone.

I'm going to NE NC in October and N MS a time or two this year and can meet along the way
