I have a 3N stamped "Property of US Fish And Wildlife Service". How common is it? Any links to previous discussions appreciated. I tried a search but couldn't narrow the terms down enough I guess.

It is not as common as the Property of US or Property of United States but not real uncommon either. I bought one for $65 in very good condition but think it is worth a little more.

The thread right below yours is about State stamping. A very similar subject

https://trapperman.com/forum/ubbthreads.php/topics/5886522/State_stampings#Post5886522

USFW stamping is more common than many of the state and other government stamping.

Thanks! It's the state stamping thread that got me interested. I'll see if I can post a pic.

Here's the F&WS stamped 3N with a drag.

Here's the pan.

Here's the base.

Here's another 3N with a drag.

Here's the pan.

Here's the drag attached with a crude s-hook.

Here's the US stamp.

I also have two 3N's attached to the same drag, but no stamping I can see. They're not in the best shape.
