Met him at WV convention, he was doing an otter demo. Very impressed with him in person, seemed like an all around nice guy. His otter demo was top notch, but I left impressed by him as a person more than anything.

Grateful to have met him.

Had the privilege of meeting him at camp Virginia at a convention that doesn't seem so long ago. A very nice guy and a trappers trapper. RIP

Rest In Peace,
Sat around a campfire with him a few years back at a Maryland state convention, really nice guy. Sad to hear this news.

We have traveled many miles, we have laughed more than we cried. Solved most of the worlds political problems and searched for the right answer. You have taught me many things with your eyes seeing it different than mine. We have Hunted,Trapped and Fished and even once Ran from a Big Bear that went (Moo) that moment I will share. My friend you taught me one last lesson in life at the end, when before I could not understand. I will never forget our time together and will wait to see you again in heaven. I'm pretty sure all that will be left is possums.
In loving memory of Ed Robins AKA pskinny

Dang Newt, sorry for your loss as well as the loss of a goof ball I always enjoyed goofing with at convention's. Thankful to of known him and glad he MADE ME try out his liquid beaver lure, top notch stuff for summer beaver. Im in shock over this, had no clue he was going to go this fast. And yep, by time rest of us get there won't be anything left but possum's glaring at us from the other side of the pearly gates!

Prayers for his family.

My first memory of Ed was many years ago when he posted with pictures, the step by step process of skinning and boarding a mouse.
He was hysterical. I learned so much from his posts here and he was always helping others learn.
When I finally had the chance to meet him in person it was like we had been friends for a long time. He always had a smile and his insight and knowledge of animals and trapping was humbly passed on.
Pskinny, we are going to miss you old friend. You have left your mark in this world and on a lot of people and we are the better for it.

He may have not smiled in pics , he let the water weasels do it for him .
