Just follow any Chili recipe....we made this one with ground turkey....add a beer...pinto beans, black beans, kidney beans..and we use Pomi tomato sauce....it has very little sodium....and (2) 1 ounce squares of chocolate to cut down the acidity from the tomato sauce.

They are the Caddy of tip ups. Beaver Dam is about 60 miles east of where I live, in fact we have an office over there and I get there a few times a year.

Yep, far as I know, I have not bought any in years. The factory used to refurbish them also, don't know if they still do that but I expect so.

Making Turkey chili tonight for dinner. A completely different recipe than yours. I'll have to try yours some time, I'm always up for a new recipe. Maybe I'll post a pic of a bowl of mine. It's more of a campfire, smokey based chili very savory with a little (not much) heat. I also use black beans instead of kidney or others. I find, for me, it works best and gives the chili a nice dark color while the starch in the beans thickens it nicely.
