Read there where he said, "PA game comm couldn’t have been a nicer guy, and literally could not have gone any easier on me". Only one Lutz on Dyke Rd. And that would be Chad P. What county was the coyote shot? Had to be either Mercer or Lawrence Counties. It IS Chad Lutz. Did some digging with background app. That name came up with the Dyke ad address and a Honeywell email address.

The magistrate could decide not to revoke his hunting privileges.
He has 3 charges against him. Trespassing while hunting violation. Unlawful taking of game. Tampering with someone else's traps. I'm not sure how much revocation time he could get, but would highly doubt a magistrate is going to pound him with 5-10. I would be really surprised.

Who knows ? Maybe they'll go easy on him and revoke his license for only 5 years , hopefully 10 and use him as a prime example ! Maybe neither, not up to us . All ready getting off easy , if some woman is paying his fines .
