Yes you should there is a good market for them. Save them fresh frozen so the end user can do what they want with them.
I have had good results using it fresh preserved in homebrew lures. Next year I want to rot some down. Also saving the belly & throat glands this year for my next homebrew batches.

Ever see what a dog does at an otter toilet? They wont pass it up.

Ever see what a coyote, fox, or a bcat does at an otter toilet? Rot the glands down to a paste and use the lure as a changeup at your predator sets. You wont be sorry.

Idk about the glands but I tell ya nothing eats an otter. I throw all my carcasses behind my house in the woods for the critters and birds.. those otter basically rot down or get eaten by maggots. Nothing else touches them, not even the buzzards. I've always wondered why.
