Not the best picture, but had to take it through the window. It's all white but you can see light streaking in it. And the red cap, but no black chin.

I take it its rare in that part of WI and/or rare this time of year...? I have a couple of colleagues that are big birders. They'll drive hundreds of miles to see a rare bird.

I looked up white redpoll and a buch came up. One looked exactly like this, so it must not be all that uncommon.

Well its a bit larger and brighter, I tried to sharpen a bit but that only works so much till it becomes too grainy.

Cool capture, though!

Ive only seen the normal brown streaked Redpolls at my feeders in winter, along with their pals the Pine Siskens. Sure do enjoy their visits.
