With the Minnesota Vikings down 24-23 with just 10 seconds remaining at their own 39-yard line, the team was in desperate need of a miracle. Vikings wide receiver Stefon Diggs hauled in a high pass from quarterback Case Keenum towards the sidelines, and after a badly missed tackle by Saints safety Marcus Williams, Diggs went untouched into the endzone to send Minnesota to Philadelphia where they will face the Eagles in the NFC Championship Game.

The comeback seemed impossible, but we should have seen it coming. The Vikings had their lucky charm in the stands in 99-year-old fan Millie Wall. Last week, the team gave her tickets to her first Vikings playoff game as an early gift for her 100th birthday which she will celebrate in July.

"We would like to invite you, one of the biggest fans, to attend our playoff game on Sunday, Jan. 14," the team wrote in their letter to Millie. "We know you will bring us luck as we enter into this playoff run and hope to bring it home. Thank you for the many years of supporting and cheering on our team, and making us part of your life."

In addition to coming to the game with her granddaughter in a limo, Millie met NFL commissioner Roger Goodell who surprised her with two tickets to Super Bowl 52 at U.S. Bank Stadium in Minnesota on Feb. 4

That would be quite a treat for her and her granddaughter if they could watch the home team play in the super bowl;

I'd would be terrified if I were a Vikings fan going to the NFC championship in Philly
