The fans get to play too? The Vikes might get beat but not humiliated, 30 points would be humiliating. Anyone want to bet?

Talking heads say MN is a team of destiny. MN have been playing indoors all year because its too cold for their wittle handsies. It will be a long, miserable, silent plane ride back to the dark, cold waste land.

Ya Just like when they shut out Green Bay at lambeau in single digit temps. Going to be 50 and sunny on Sunday in Philly. That’s like summer time in Minnesota.

They addressed that on the local news this morning about what poor losers the Philly fans were. They suggested any MN fans travelling to PA not wear any Vikings paraphernalia if the Eagles lose or they could be harmed physically outside the stadium. Wouldn't be the first time that's happen to visitors apparently.

Show me where a visiting fan was harmed.

Really. On the local sports talk radio shows yesterday they talked about Eagles fans. Lot's of calls and e-mails came in with experiences people had in Philly. One guy was badly cut. One guy had his purple clothes literally ripped off him. Really nice people in Philadelphia.

Why would you fly colors in a hostile territory.

I respect their fans passion.....think they have that much zeal despite no SB appearances.

Maybe because it's a GAME and we are all liking the national pastime.

Good grief

They were throwing plastic beer bottles on the field when Atlanta was on the goal line at the end of the game. I went to a Packer game there I think in 2010 while I was in the area working. I was warned not to wear any Packer gear to the game. Being thick headed I wore it anyway. Started catching crap before I got the car door closed. Packers won and during the game I looked around for people that were also in the Packer gear. When I left I hooked up with 2 guys sitting a few rows behind me. We continued to to amass together as we went. Win or lose they dont want you there and they aren't afraid to get physical either. I have done alot of work in the Philly area over the last 20 yrs and they are great people but something changes in them when the game comes on.

Phillys D is going to get awful tired with all the 3 and outs that foles racks up due to the vikes pressure on him.. He has thrown for what? One Td in the last 4 weeks that he's played I believe.. Go vikes.

The Eagles defensive line is perhaps the deepest, nastiest, and burliest in the league— the Vikings will be overmatched up the gut and off the edges. This advantage will be especially obvious this week, in the din of the Linc in the NFC Championship; the Vikings won't be able to get the jump on the snap count because they won't hear it, so they'll be one step slower than usual.

I see MN is the favorite but I'm not sure that is the case. It will be interesting I am a fan of Wentz so if he was playing MN wouldn't be favored.

The eagles haven't won a super bowl either is that right??

If not it really wouldn't hurt my feelings who wins I just would like to see a team that hasn't won it and does well.

I wonder if the Vikings been practicing outside all this week....just to get ready for it. Being in a cushy dome...kinda takes a little toughness away.....like When the Pats played Manning and the Colts in Foxboro...........
