I only really catch mink in blind sets but I want to try using pocket sets, what's a good bait for pocket sets in this cold weather? Also can I put a 110 in front of the pocket or do I got to use footholds?

Trapping is easy you say? You try getting your target animal to step in a 3 inch area of its whole territory.

The holes they make in muskrat houses. No bait needed.

A good size chunk of beaver meat and fat is likely the best cold weather bait for all furbearers.

Forget that fear of gravity-get a little savagery in your life.
