Looks like you're about ready to take a load or two to the dump.

I just caught one all rubbed down between the shoulder blades. It's the first one I've ever caught like that. I'm going to see what offer I get for it and then probably send it out to be tanned. It still has nice fur on the flanks and I can use that to sew some mittens or something.

Congratulations on the catch! Go get some more!

Zach, I know that country your in , and it’s not going to produce the type of coyote shown in the pic. All you can do is be glad you stopped a fawn killer cause what I remember about your area is your a little thin on deer numbers .

They are all good once dead. Some just look better than others.

Golf ball we were short on deer until about 6 years ago now there every were along with the yotes nobody is hunting in my area hardly any more. I saw a 8 point yesterday checking traps 10 years ago that would be totally impossible , dang Jurassic .50 cents lol good thing I ain't relieing on yotes to make a living.

I would sell it, you mite 5 bucks for it at auction. The belly`s probably the only useful fur on it.

Yup, tan and keep it, it's your first. My first yote was a 45 pounder (huge for my area) with good/thick hair, but an ugly, dark, red/brown color. I had him mounted with the trap I caught him in (a Northwoods 1.75 coil) on his foot. Here he is-
By the way, those cats make me very jealous! We don't have very many around here, and can't hunt or trap them anyway. I've been watching your posts, you've had a great season! This weather and overtime at work has almost shut me down completely frown

When life gets me down..... you know hunting/trapping season is closed.
