Any one have a current edition.
Browning .22BAR 98% value?
I know they are fairly uncommon.
It belongs to my investment consultant. It had the hickups now it doesn't. Would like to be able to tell him what it's worth when I return it to him

You can check what they go for on Gunbrokers .com and go from there. I know someone that is how they value guns for what the going price on them are.

A gun is only worth what somebody is willing to pay for it,period... All these books have destroyed gun shows and put all these high values of what some people think there gun is worth more than it worth. Trust all the well built guns are buried in some bodies safe. The blue book was always over priced and the standard catalog of firearms was a more realistic quote of gun values in my option for what it's worth. I've had a few barely pops BURP!!!

I agree with watching some of the auction sites. There you will see what people are actually willing to pay for them.

Well I went on gun brokers and exactly zero were listed
www.guns America had two both sold, one had no price, the other had a price of five seventy five, which was almost exactly what a member sent me a pm for from blue book of gun values in a 2012 edition . Thanks to all.

Yes the local gun auctions here can get really nuts for what people are willing to pay for guns and commission plus transfer fees. Gun shows can be very high priced also. I have used Gun broker a few times to see what people are paying for items. cmcf there must be sites where you can go on and asked the question. That gun is pretty rare I have never seen one in this area. Good luck.

There is another thing on gun value what shape it is in.That will say alot of how much it can go for.I know for estate sales here they go high price at times depend on where the buyers are from. If it just the locals it would be with reason but for out of the area it will go high price.
