Hey Chickie ! What a great job you did ! Must have been the extensive verbalization I love those faucets . Several of my European friends all have had those for years. I found out how convenient and practical they are. Isn't it great to accomplish something like that- get up in the succeeding mornings, walk into the kitchen and smile at the light glinting off that work of art ? Makes work in the kitchen a thing of beauty, for sure. And adds to your home decor beauty -along with another fun story to share. Well done , Chickie ! Cooking will take on a whole new dimension . See you on the surface ...

Thank you, Ditchdiver! That's funny, Beav. Zim just finished that post and then told me he should have added that line! Gary, did the hens like getting bathed? Ours have! Way to go, Minkless! The old faucet I took out was a Delta. I had done the ball assembly on that one twice over the years! It started to drip again and I decided I need to have some real fun! Excellent advice, Mike! Thanks, Adam! Too funny, White! Wrong boss! Thanks, Sharon! It was a hoot. Ah, Charles. I see we are of like minds. Ouch.

Thank you for the upbeat take on our new faucet. Already knew the plumbers admission test, hot on the left, cold on the right, payday is on Friday and the boss is an a-hole.
Zim I don't think Paul will appreciate that comment ! Might want to consider using the EDIT function ! Not talking about THE Boss, ya Nimrod! Zim

Nimrod? I knew The ol' boy had considerable age on him but, WOW! Nimrod is a mighty hunter, who is mentioned in The Bible. Charlie

Patrice, I do need to admit, that I payed a plumber friend to do mine. My back and neck problems would make that a very painfull endeavor, for me. Most women would not do plumbing fixture work. Zim, you are a lucky man, but you knew that!!!

Zim I've always heard, Crap runs downhill, don't chew your fingernails and payday is on Friday. Nice job on the faucet Patrice!

I'll have to do that, Scout! Joe, it sure is nice to replace a few parts and get one spruced up again if you like the faucet. We weren't really keen on our older kitchen faucet so this made the whole deal worth it. Thank you, 330! No kidding, Scuba! 360 degrees of sweeping, blasting POWER! White, Chas, Buzznudder and Cotton - that whole "nimrod" subject still makes me laugh. Up until a few years ago, we were only aware of the slang expression, calling someone a doofus. We used to say that all the time! Then, on a fishing trip to the U.P. of Michigan, we ran across a local school whose sports team was the Nimrods. We almost split a gut laughing! We had to study up on the subject after that. Still too funny to see a guy walking around with NIMROD on his back! Ha! Gary! Thank you! I just made a quick bite so I don't starve before supper. Just a simple go-to. I take a slice of deli Swiss, a piece of deli ham folded to fit just inside, a stripe of the tangy zip of Miracle Whip, and a stripe of happy yellow mustard ... ... then I fold it in half and eat it! Not much super faucet involvement but I got to go wash my hands and the cutting board! Wooo! Hooo! (Actually was fun!) Zim is out plowing snow and he hasn't eaten much either. I suspect we have a pig-out supper in our future!!! Thanks, Hippie! That's beautiful, Nittany! Like that backsplash too. Thanks for the photo!
