Cook the meat in a crockpot/slow cooker with cup of water added,on low heat for 6 to 8 hours.After the meat is cooked,take the juices out of the crock pot,and reduce in a saucepan.when reduced to sufficient consistency,add(whisk in) flour to thicken.
