I used pocket gophers I caught last summer and they seemed to work alright. Don't see why moles wouldn't work.

Common sense is a not a vegetable that does well in everyone's garden.

...when I was a youngin I used caught/killed baits like mice, birds, moles, squirrels...etc...but I learned real quick that good lure is easier and more effective
