I have been getting my dog food delivered from Chewy.com for about a year now. I love the convienence and the price is below what I can get it for locally. I was expecting a delivery today and it did not show. The tracking number said the package never shipped from the company. 24 hr support so I contact them. New order made for Monday pick and because we will need to get some food locally for a few days Chewy is refunding the order cost. I would highly recommend this site to anyone.

We like them. We usually get our order the next day.

I have had to call them twice on orders. Once for expired bag of food and another time for torn bag in transit. Both times they sent new bags of dog food for me. I cannot find this dog food locally, my original supplier no longer gets it.

My son had to put his dog down, he had 3 bags left at home, chewy refunded the cost of the left over food!
My dog ate real well all winter!
