Anybody on here in the Coast Guard or ever been in the Coast Gaurd? If so what are your thoughts?
Trapping is easy you say? You try getting your target animal to step in a 3 inch area of its whole territory.

My wife high school buddy is in on the west coast. Saw endless pics of him on boats posing with “mountains” of drugs they would seize. He absolutely loved it from everything I’ve ever heard. He is now in Arizona and is a federal firearms instructor.
It’s a long road to wisdom. It’s a short one to being ignored.

Not in the coast guard myself I was Navy, but we had Coast Guard onboard our ship during deployment because they could do boardings that as Navy we were not allowed to do. They were professional and very well trained.

I'm thinking about joining but wanted to see what people who were in it think I was always told you must be at least 6'3" so you could wade back to shore if your "boat" sank lol

First learn how to spell Coast Guard, then go for it. Nothing wrong with a military career in any branch. Looks like he got it right the first two times, so probably he's got that!!!
Every day is a gift from GOD, don't waste it!!
