Hard to get in there. Have to cross the Delta R. There is an air service/transporter in Delta Jct. Might check with them.

At low water, in heavily braided areas, you can occasionally drive a pickup or a tracked rig across it... But not in the places you need to get to!

Trying to get up the Delta R in a jet boat is not a terrific idea in my opinion.

A few years ago a guy drowned trying to cross the Delta River with his Argo. Washed down stream and flipped.

A few years ago I tried running up it in my sport Jon . Made it pretty far then got stuck and had a guy out there crossing in his truck drag me of a sand bar . Also had a friend try it and made it farther then me but did some big time damage to bottom of boat .

Im assuming this sounds like a rocky river not silt or small gravel?

Better check your map again for the area you drew. Delta river is quite a ways from that.

You can always run a atv across Tanana with a boat and go up delta creek as I remember it is dry that time of year .

I hunt that area. The best hunting is fly in areas that are in the AR foot hills. The moose are mostly up high that time of year. You can cross the Tanana with a boat carrying an ATV easy, but then the hard part starts as there are not really any kind of trails that I know of. Don't try and run either of the rivers bordering the area with a boat as you are risking a ton of damage. It is all large bolders and silty water. I would not run up Delta Creek in an ATV as the lower end is part of the bombing range and several of the Russians that have tried have had unfriendly visits from the Army. Plus, I wouldn't risk my life trying to run through possible un-exploded ordinance just for moose meat. I have heard you can run up the Little Delta with an ATV, but have never done it myself. My suggestion is a fly-in service, but like anything that fly's, it costs money.
