Those sound like good prices, especially green fur. Saw some Illinois yotes at the MO sale today. They were heavier than most MO yotes. Not any lighter in color over-all, but fur density was better on many. Also saw a bunch of yotes from the eastern Kansas area. They were similar to the IL yotes. Thicker, denser, under-fur. Lot better bellies on those KS yotes compared to mine. But buyers barely looked at bellies this year. Sounds like you found some good ones 3togo. Good luck next season! Thanks for sharing!

I don't know the fella's name that was driving/grading fur. He was maybe late 20's early 30's. Another guy showed up I knew and he had a 51lb beaver that he had kept in the freezer for the last couple weeks (not skinned), he got $15 for it. Yep sounds like him

I got similar prices for my yotes in MO. Nice job.
Groney was paying well for green yotes this year.
I got to see quite a few guys throw bloody and muddy skins up to him. I would have just thrown them back if I were him. If you want to get a few extra bucks for your green skins, brush them out and make them look nice after you thaw them out. It just takes a few minutes guys.
She should stay home and do more cooking like Babe Winkelmans wife did, and let her husband have some peace and quiet.

Pulled all my traps after selling first time but had 5 coons that I had picked up stealing cat food out of my barn. 1 at 10, 1 at 7, 2 at 3, 1 at 1. 24 for 5 coons ( 4.80 ave) green skinned. Saw more coyotes being sold than I did raccoons. Didn't get the prices on the yotes. Saw a few frozen mudballs come back out the window. lol
If it ain't grinnin I ain't skinnin
