Newt's Locks (that is the name of them)are nice low profile locks I'm sure you'd like as well but the re-usability of the minicams makes them my top choice for whatever I'm snaring. Personally I believe the speed of the locks is much more effected by the way the snare is manufactured than by the lock itself.
