I just talked to my mom, she told me that she and my dad who are both in their 90's and still kicking (and driving) saw Billy Graham at one of, if not his first, crusade meetings in about 1947 at Soldiers Field in Chicago, then they saw him preach in L.A. in about 1949.
Quite a legacy.

Well done thou good and faithful servant. I saw an interview with him years ago and he was asked what he thinks of when he considers his own death. He said he is looking forward to hearing those very words. Billy Graham was a GREAT man! This is a quote from Billy: "Someday you will read or hear that Billy Graham is dead. Don't you believe a word of it. I shall be more alive than I am now. I will have changed my address. I will have gone into the presence of God."
