It’s unbelievable, they can serve our country, be tried as an adult for any crime, and they can vote but they don’t have a 2nd amendment. Are there really that many 18-21yr olds murdering people with guns, i haven’t heard any numbers.

None of the stuff they come up with will solve anything it's all feel good stuff with no end game!

I think a better solution would be to take the Broward county PD’s guns and badges, take the FBI’s too. It’s total nonsense, now they want to add more laws when they don’t even enforce the ones already in place.

If there's any mom and pop gun stores left. All but one in this area are long gone. Ten years ago there were about half a dozen. Now only one is still hanging on.

Using the logic from school shootings we should be disarming minorities.

Coward county sheriff dept and departments like it is what the problem is.

No one wants to enforce our current laws cause it don't fit thier agenda on gun control.

They want acts of violence to happen so they have reasons to push harder.

And yet most gun owners don't even have representation to fight back. And that I don't get.

The colonial (and then state) militia laws generally required able bodied men from 15 to 60 to report for periodic militia duty with their own firearms. Our current lower end age for military service is 18. Given that the old militia laws are part of the basis for the 2nd amendment, I don't see how raising the age for all firearms to 21 would stand a constitutional challenge unless the age for military service is changed.

I'm seriously considering getting a FFL so by town's young adult hunters (18-20 year olds) can buy ammo, mostly shotgun because of the WalMart's in the neighboring larger city had the largest and cheapest selection before corporate got all pc on us. I was looking forward of not having to buy my youngest kid his ammo after this August but WM (really don't care about Dick's, they're way on the other side of the city) took a crap on us. I might as well supply all of his friends and their friends with ammo as well when they turn 18. Maybe it will be the last time I buy ammo retail...

Coming from a 17 year old im looking forward to being able to go into a store and buy the ammo i need and buy myself a gun as a present, but if they change it too 21 my dad will just buy it with my money like hes done since i was like 12
