Maybe your state forestry agency could give guidance or perform the service. They do here in Ga for a fee to those landowners/managers that don't want to or know how to do it themselves. btomlin trapper Joined: Dec 2016 Posts: 507 SC Iowa	I looked at one property today and will look at another tomorrow where "the wind sorta come up on us" and now they are missing some property. I'm a little surprised by their comments as it was blowing a solid 15-20+ mph from day break to dawn, so I'm not sure how the wind could have "come up on us". trapper les trapper Joined: Mar 2011 Posts: 25,413 williams,mn	A few years ago the wildlife branch of our dnr did a controlled burn, not very controlled and the fire damaged thousands of dollars worth of already sold timber. That logger was not pleased, and that gal in charge did not get fired over it. "Those who hammer their guns into plowshares will plow for those who do not."
