Only been doing ADC work for three years but have already learned to not accept these types of jobs

Hysterical homeowners/tenants are the worst to deal with
They blow up your phone at all hours and think you should come over immediately if they see/ hear ( or even "feel like something looking at them"). No amount I could charge would make it worth it

How do you feel about these jobs

Note: this lead came from some company I have never used or signed up for

In Wisconsin the customer is nearly always a drop-dead gorgeous super model and squirrel is smart enough to run right into the cage because it's hungry. This always leads to more work with the rest of the models in the complex and a huge contract for our company. Did I mention that I was a fiction writer?

2 weeks ago I removed a grey squirrel with a catch pole that was running around due to the homeowner sealing up its entry exit point in their basement. Longest 25 minutes I've experienced in a while. I felt the same way until I cornered it around the electric panel and was able to snare it out of the floor joist cubby, then released on their property. Not a bad payday either, although I wouldn't want to take on many of them.

Gal had a Squirrel climb down the chimney and built a huge leaf nest in the plenum, and the furnace guy refused to touch it, the gal refused to consider euthanasia. It was dopey from the fumes and pregnant when I caught it, drove it far away and kicked it loose.

That was the skunk job of a few weeks ago. Girl gave my number to her mother and she would call or text me whenever her daughter would hear something. Then the father would call. Luckily I caught 1 skunk and the rest got out and all ended well. It all pays so I take them as they come.

I always ask my clients if they want to pay the live squirrel remocval fee or the dead one. When they ask which is more expensive, i always say the live one because it and I will be back in a week and they will pay again. They usually get the picture and tell me under no circumstances do they want it to come back. Works every time!

Or the jobs where they just paid someone to replace the drop ceiling. But can't afford to pay a trapper to catch the raccoons they left in the house. Aren't you supposed to remove the wildlife before repairs are made?? Here's your sign.
