I Am NOT Argueing Your Obvious Points Regarding The Democrats Majority in New York.
I Am Simply Pointing Out That Voters Do Not Get Out To Vote In Governor's And Midterm Election Races at The Same Rate As Presidental Elections, and IF New York Gun Owners, Republicans, Conservatives, and Libertarians Were To Break That Trend and Get The Vote Out In This Upcoming Governor's Race While Democrat Follow The Usual Trend By Staying Home, Then Cuomo Could Theoretically Be Beaten.
Simply Whining & Crying That It Can't Be Done IS A Defeatist Attitude, And A Pathetic Self-Fullfilling Prophecy.

I don't suppose they have some sort of data showing this is an issue in NY you know how many murders or other crimes are committed within 9 days of acquisition.
if there is no issues with it happening then it is just an infringement , well it is an infringement either way but with no evidence a completely unfounded.
really you can get pulled over for massive life ending DUI crash get bailed out and go buy a car that afternoon. it should at least apply equally to deadliest weapon in society.
permit to purchase , max of 10 passengers , no hood scoops or spoilers , no after market speed enhancers , and no sound suppression devices on cars and add a 10 day waiting period now.

Walleyed. Your theory is absolutely correct except for one important factor. With the news media bashing Pres. Trump the Democrats WILL get out and vote! If you don’t believe in facts just look at elections in the last 15 months. Dismal for we Republicans. Yeah, But We're Talking About Andrew Cuomo Here....The Most Hated Man In New York State !!!  Just Heard CYNTHIA NIXON From "Sex In The City" T.V. Show Was Going To Run Against Cuomo. That Should Siphon Off Some Democratic Votes That Would Normally Go To Cuomo. Maybe Just The Thing We Need. w
