Everyone of them , either by Prescription pain meds or by Heroin The one's that got the Narcan, are NEVER hauled off to Jail , or FORCED!!to cough up their Drug Dealer. IMO there are not ten people in the entire country today (that are not incarcerated) who are drug free because drugs are illegal.

I see no issue with giving Cannabis to someone who is severely sick , and it eases their symptoms. Recreational use is another matter. But for Medical use, I see no problem with that.
