Making real Chile for the first time in about ten years (my dear wife and daughters don't do well with heat).
Ingredients: meat, chiles, garlic and onion and a bit of salt.
Tomorrow the Work mates should enjoy.

Beans - awe, the musical fruit. I remember dad frequently saying this little poem.
Beans, beans the musical fruit the more you eat, the more you toot the more you toot, the better you feel so let's have beans for every meal. Beans in chilli is sacrilege Paul!

Hopefully I'll see you in Escanaba and can give you some straight bean free chilli. Still plenty of action coming from the backside. completely off topic but, are you going to the Escanaba convention Paul? And is there going to be anything going on for the T-Man people to meet each other?
When life gets me down..... you know hunting/trapping season is closed.

Ask cdr-c about eating my 8 alarm chili, he thought he was gonna get arrested for a fish kill from taking a sit down in a creek from eating it. His wife, she loved it and wanted more.
No beans. A lot of heat .

Tweed are you making nm style chile or TX chile Interesting question Adam.... I'm going to say Texas since my grandparents lived on the Falcon Reservoir on the Rio Grande. What is NM chili? And as for the rest of you.....that bean tomato mix you call chilli ain't nothing but vegetable stew.....

Typically my family and myself with small cubed meat (deer, elk, beef, chicken, pork et...) unlike the meat in this pic
