just lost a good friend and neighbor to cancer one of many viet vets I've known and watched struggle they would have been better off on welfare then the va but to proud

I got back home in 1973. I'm having problems with arthritis but other than that nothing major. I spent most of the time I was there out in the jungle on missions, didn't have much to do with agent-orange over there. I saw where they sprayed the stuff and the destruction of the trees and plants and animal life. It was bad. I've been real lucky as far as my health. Good luck with the V.A. Carl

Thank you all for your service. The first lottery I was in my birthday came up 340 something. The second was 296? Danged sure wasnt going to volenteer. In-laws husband died from rare CHILDHOOD leukemia in his thirties. VA denied benefit to his wife and two young children. He told me his plane would be slick with the stuff when he landed.
