I know you’re probably joking and don’t do it yourself, but it takes a sorry POS to cash in fraudulent bounty tails. It’s theft plain and simple. Tax payers are forced to pay taxes and sorry SOBs come and steal it. Happens all of the time, and might be primary reason for areas stopping their bounty programs. Then when someone wants to legitimately run a longline, they find out that there’s no longer a bounty paid due to fraud. Sucks for the honest trappers and the people that are forced to fund the heist.
