I was able to trap for 2 months this past season and am instantly hooked. Of course, as one does, I'm starting to look at places and things to spend money on. As well as items of convenience.
I believe that the overall consensus is that Weiser Bags are just about as good as you can get. After reading more threads on the subject and people's responses it brings me to my question.
Do you tend to have a separate bag for your different targeted animals? For instance, do you have a bag dedicated to only fox and coyote, a separate bag for bobcat, and a separate bag for coon?
I haven't gotten into water trapping yet but I know that I've read guys will have a different bag for beaver and rats. I'm just wondering about your land trapping bags.

I keep a pack basket for land an one for water. I usually just use a bucket or tool bag for remakes. It's not necessary, but very nice (and saves time) not having to switch everything over. Right now, Cabela's has a SWEET deal on Fiber-tuff pack baskets. They are what I use, and I'll be getting a couple more since they are 1/3 the original price.
When life gets me down..... you know hunting/trapping season is closed.

Thanks for the info guys, I appreciate it. Now to just decide between getting the canine bag or the beaver bag, or possibly one of each. I don't water trap as of yet, but I've read other's comments on how they like the beaver bag for land trapping also. I just wish that somehow I could put both in my hand to see them and decide.
Right now I'm using a 5 gallon bucket with a tool pouch on it. I just need to find my system and what works best for me.

If you aren't water trapping, YET, then for sure get the Predator Bag from Andy. Don't just look at it, that doesn't do it justice in my opinion. I looked at it, and decided my 5-gallon bucket with a tool pouch on it was enough, and I just got the Beaver Bag. I LOVE the Beaver Bag. Then, I was lucky enough to win a Predator Bag at a trapping event. So I decided to try the Predator Bag. It's awesome! I would not want to be without it. Definitely designed by a trapper who used it. That's key to how effective it is. Holds everything you need, and then some, and it's easy to handle, clean, carry, etc. If you're hooked like most of us were and continue to be, you won't regret your purchase.

I'm going to need an address. In your communist state, isn't your bag everyone's bag? So I could just drive to the border and the first guy on that side of the border should have your bag for me to try, right? Isn't that how it works there? Lets be honest, you won't need that bag very much longer in your state, you should just send it to me as a gesture of good will.

Take John's advise, get a land bag and a Beaver Bag from Andy Weiser, your welcome.

The big 1, I haven't found anyone out here man enough to take my bag. The only time I go to the border is when I drop my keys. I kick them clear to Arizona before bending over to get them. Safety first. Lol.
My kids have some smaller bags from Andy and they can't even tear them up. It's like they're made from the stuff on the bottom of the space shuttle for reentry. Lol. I'm glad to hear it!!! And I'll keep that in mind.

John you haven't changed your state yet. Andy are the beaver bags back in stock? Your bags not the Montana bags.
