Short Track OP trapper Joined: Jan 2017 Posts: 282 New York	Let's say I trap a squirrel. Get an emergency call into work. I don't have time to skin or clean it. Can I just freeze the entire carcass, and worry about skinning, and gutting it at a later date ? Obviously I want to eat the little critter. Just wondering if I can freeze it, guts and all.. and if it would still be edible. Last edited by Short Track; 04/19/18 09:19 AM. Just a weekend trapper...
